URGENT SUPPORT & FOLLOW UP

In the first 2 years of operation (September 2023-August 2025), the DCC had 13,029 engagements with community members and provided services to more than 1,648 people.

RELATIONSHIP BASED CARE

Since opening in September 2023, the DCC received 1,896 calls for service and 10,813 visits to its community space.

PUBLIC SAFETY COORDINATION

The DCC launched a coordinated partnership with Northampton Public Safety Dispatch in March 2025. In August 2025, 11% of calls received by the DCC were from Northampton Public Safety Dispatch.

The DCC Community Space provides a safe, supportive environment where community members can stabilize during challenging moments, access resources, and connect with ongoing support services, reinforcing the DCC’s commitment to holistic care.
